摘要
吴贻芳是金陵女子大学的首位中国籍校长。金陵女子大学在吴贻芳服务社会的办学思想的指导下,通过调整办学宗旨和院系专业设置、加强学生实践能力的培养,为近代中国培养出了一批批走向社会自食其力的职业女性。
Wu Yifang is the first Chinese president of Jinling Women＇ s college. She managed the college with the concept of serving the society. By changing of the purpose of the college and majors and emphasizing students＇ of practical ability, Jinling Women＇s College cultivated many independent professional females.
