介绍了纯碱生产净化过程氨的分离设备——净氨分离器的设计。该分离器由耐腐蚀材料制造,采用了3级自然分离结构形式,底部为倒锥体,分流叶片为弯曲形状。这一结构形式延长了气流通过叶片所需的分离时间,不仅满足了生产工艺要求,而且大大提高了分离效果,消除了泄漏,延长了设备的使用寿命。
The paper briefly reviews the design of ammonia separator employed for purification in soda plant. The separator is made of corrosion resistant materials. By adopting the structure of three stage natural separation with bend-shaped splitter blades and inverted cone bottom, the separating time through prolonged, which greatly increases the separation effects, prolongs the running time with leakage the blades is free.
