河南省绿色物流发展障碍与对策分析

随着环境问题的日益严重,一种节约资源、保护环境、有利于可持续发展的新型物流发展模式——-绿色物流已成为可持续发展的战略武器。文中分别从政府的角度(如管理体制与政策、人才的培养、环境的教育等)、企业的角度(如环境意识、物流设施、技术和管理水平等)和消费者的角度分析了目前河南绿色物流的发展障碍,针对绿色物流的发展障碍提出了推动河南绿色物流发展的几点建议。

This article analyse separately from government＇s angle （for example management system and policy, talented person＇s raise, environment education and so on）, enterprisers angle （for example environmental awareness, logistics facility, technology and management level and so on） and consumer＇s angle development bartier of green logistics in Henan green, propose several suggestions impeling green logistics development of Henan green.
