供应链中的供需信息变异问题是一个一直让企业非常头疼的问题,它容易造成库存积压、使企业生产计划变化加剧,造成需求增加的错觉,使制造商设计的生产能力大于实际的需求、客户需求不能及时满足,服务水平差等问题。通过供应链上供需信息网络的错误消除问题进行研究,利用供应链信息网络中信息物元和信息场的概念,定量地描述了供应链上信息的相互交叉,同时利用系统论的观点,对大系统进行分解及消错运算,逐步实现整个大系统即供需信息网络的无错误。

The information Variability between supply chain is a serial problem for an enterprises, which lead to inventory easily, accelerat the changes in production plans, and resulting the illusion of increased demand, so that the capacity of manufacturers greater than the actual demand, the needs of customers can not timely mee4 and it also leads poor service. We wanted to eliminate the error in supply chain by analysing the information network , using the theory of system to decompose and extincte the computing mistake, and gradually realized the entire large-scale system of information network in supply chain.
