摘要
在分析我国冷链存在问题的基础上,强调了冷链人才培养的重要性,并对相关教学体系的建设和实验条件的设计进行了探讨,对培养效果进行了分析。
Based on the analysis of problem in cold chain logistics, pointed personnel training of cold chain logistics is very important. The education system and the experiment condition were discussed. In the end, the effect of practice education was analyzed.
