摘要
结合垂直闸门启闭机的结构特点,对闸门开度测量中钢绳在卷筒上的排列层数对高度测量的影响及提升载荷测量中系统倍率、钢绳比重、提升高度对载荷测量结果的动态误差影响进行了分析,获得消除测量误差的相关修正和补偿系数,在检测系统中对检测信息进行修正和补偿,达到提高测量精度的目的.
From the structure features of vertical gate operator, the effect of measuring height by the rolling layers of wire rope in measuring the opening of gate, and the effect of dynamic error of results in measuring load by increasing the system multiplication, specific gravity of wire rope, lifting height in measuring load are analyzed. The relative modifying and equalizing coefficients for eliminating the measuring error, which is obtained, is applied to modify and equalize the detecting data in the detecting system in order to improve the measuring precision.
