The Strategic Thoughts of the Development in Western China in the Globalization Process

当今世界最重要的特征就是经济全球化。文章在论述国际贸易、国际金融、跨国生产等领域给我国西部经济发展带来机遇与挑战的基础上,提出了全球化背景下,加快开放步伐,运用市场化操作手段,调整产业结构、建立贸易安全和金融安全防范机制等措施是我国西部经济发展的战略选择。

The most important feature of the world today is the economic globalization.This article proposes that under the circumstances of globalization,the measures of accelerating the opening process,using market as an operating way,adjusting industrial structure,establishing trade and security precaution mechanisms are the strategic choices of the western part.Meanwhile,the fields of international trading and finance,transnational manufacturing,etc.have brought great challenges as well as opportunities to the development of the western part in China.
