摘要
对国产200MW机组燃煤锅炉参与低负荷调峰运行存在的问题做了分析,在HG-670/140锅炉上进行了试验研究。采用直流煤粉浓淡燃烧器以达到锅炉低负荷断油稳燃的目的;通过水循环试验确定低负荷下水循环的可靠性;加装前置式热管空气预热器减轻尾部受热面的低温腐蚀。试验结果表明。
The problems existing on the homemade 200WM coal fired boilers participating in peak load regulation operation were carried out on HG 670/140 boiler. The boiler could operate stably at low load with flame stabilizing oil cut by using direct flow concentrated thin type pulverized coal burners. The reliability of water circulatioin at low load was determined through water circulation testing. The testing results showed that peaking operation of large homemade boiler at low load with flame stabilizing oil cut could be realized through refurbishment.
