摘要
采用分析静叶尾迹、存在制造偏差的静叶流道及部分进汽等因素的激振力摸型和计算方法,定量获得了ABB超临界600MW汽轮机调节级叶片的激振力特性;指出该叶片第3节径振动与第46阶谐波激振在运行中发生较大的共振响应是叶片断裂损坏的主要原因。
An exciting force model and calculation method are set up by analyzing wake of stationary blades,flow path of stationary blades with manufacturing errors and partial steam admission etc. factors,thus the exciting force characteristics of control stage blades of ABB supercritical pressure 600 MW steam turbines are quantitatively obtained.It is indicated that the larger resonance response resulted from the vibration at 3rd nodal diameter and 46 th order harmonic exciting vibration of control stage blades during operation is the major reason for cracking failure of blades.
