抗菌药物合理使用动态监测分析系统的开发应用

Development and application of the monitoring and analyzing system for the rational use of antibacterials

目的:开发应用医院抗菌用药动态监测分析系统。方法:采用VisualFoxpro和Microsoft Office Access数据库开发语言,运行环境为Windows XP系统。本系统以上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院信息系统的门急诊处方和病区医嘱用药电子数据为数据源,依据《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》和《实施细则》的工作要求,采用药物利用研究的分析方法及部分有关的WHO合理用药调研国际指标,结合临床药学的实际工作特点,实现对医院临床抗菌药物合理使用动态的监测。结果和结论:本系统从医院药学的实际工作需要出发,充分挖掘医院信息系统的现有资源,较好地实现了对全院临床抗菌药物使用的动态监控,具有高效性、科学性和实用性强的特点,值得推广应用。

Objective： To develop and use the monitoring and analyzing system for the rational use of antibacterial agents. Methods： The monitoring system was programmed with Visual Foxpro and Microsoft Office Access, and ran in Windows XP environment. Based on the prescription data of out-patients and in-patients in Shanghai Ninth People＇s Hospital affiliated to School of Medicine, Shanghai Jiaotong University information system, the monitoring and analyzing system was developed under the consideration of the needs of clinical pharmaceutical practice and according to the guideline for clinical use of antibae terials and its practical rules, as well as applying methods of drug utilization research （DUR） and several international investigation indicators for rational drug use approved by WHO. Results and Conclusion： The monitoring system is adapted for the needs of hospital pharmaceutical practice with sufficient utilization of hospital information system＇s resource. It appears to be a rapid, scientific and practical system for monitoring and analyzing the clinical use of antibacterial agents.
