摘要 目的:为多指标优选复方自身清颗粒提取工艺建立一种主观、客观相结合的权重确立方法。方法:采用层次分析法结合CRITIC法确立综合权重,进行多指标优选的综合评价。结果:层次分析法结合CRITIC法确立的综合权重,既反映了中药复方的配伍信息,又反映了实际样本数据的信息,使得综合评价结果更合理和客观。结论:层次分析法结合CRITIC法可用于复方自身清颗粒提取工艺多指标权重的建立。 Objective: To establish a subjective and objective method by applying weighted coefficient of multiple criteria for optimization of the extraction technology of compound Zishenqing granules. Methods: Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) combined with criteria importance through intercriteria correlation (CRITIC) was used to determine the weighted coefficient for optimization and synthetic evaluation of the multiple indexes. Results: The result was reasonable and objective, and it reflected both the compatibility of Chinese materia medica and experimental objectivity of samples. Conclusion.. AHP combined with CRITIC can be used to establish weighted coefficient of multiple criteria for optimization of the extraction technology of compound Zishenqing granules.
