药师从事感染性疾病临床药学会诊的体会

Experience of pharmacists participating in clinical pharmaceutical consultation on infectious diseases

目的:介绍药师从事感染性疾病临床药学会诊的体会。方法:从药学知识和临床知识准备、会诊步骤、会诊技巧(包括经验用药技巧、"重拳出击"策略的应用和抗生素新作用特点的应用)等方面加以介绍。结果:按照该方法会诊,药师提出的会诊方案基本被医生采纳,患者的感染得到有效控制。结论:该会诊方法值得进一步推广。

Objective： To introduce pharmacists＇ experience of clinical pharmaceutical consultation on infectious diseases. Methods： The preparation of pharmaceutical and clinical knowledge, procedures and skills of consultation, including skill of empiric antimicrobial therapy, applications of ＂ponderous fist sortie＂ strategy and new characteristics of antimicrobials, were introduced. Results： According to the above methods, consultation plan proposed by pharmacists was adopted by doctors and infectious diseases of patients were controlled effectively. Conclusion： The experience of clinical pharmaceutical consultation is worthy of spreading further.
