China's Economic Law Under the Circumstances of Economy Globalization

文章在讨论了经济全球化与法律全球化的关系、经济全球化与中国经济法等问题的基础上,指出:在经济全球化、法律全球化的背景下,中国经济法的发展之路,必须考虑经济全球化的大趋势,考虑法律全球化的因素,更不可忽视本土资源的重要影响。只有如此,中国经济法才能完成从理论到实践的更新,实现全球化与本土化之间的平衡。

The thesis discusses such issues as the relations between economy globalization and law globalization, economy globalization and Chinese economic law, it proceeds to point out that against the background of economy globalization and law globalization, the path of developing Chinese economic law must take account of the major trend of economy globalization and the factor of law globalization. In addition, the important impact of local resources should not be neglected. Only in this way, it is possible for the Chinese economic law to transform from the theory into practice and balance the globalization and localization.
