摘要
由于社会责任忽视使得我国企业在维护消费者权益等方面表现差强人意,这将不利于我国居民消费水平的提高、消费质量的提升、消费环境的改善,最终影响和谐消费与和谐社会的构建。本文在综述国内外关于企业社会责任研究的基础上,阐述了企业维护消费权益责任的具体表现,并基于当前我国企业履行消费权益责任中的一些问题,从政府、企业、消费者、消费组织及媒体等方面提出了相应对策。
The overlook of corporate social responsibility leads to the ignorance of the rights and interests of consumers, which will further bring negative influence on the consumption level, the quality of consumption, the consumption environment, and ultimately impact harmonious consumption and the construction of a harmonious society. On the basis of research on the corporate social responsibility, this article expounds ways of safeguarding consumer rights and interests by corporate. By addressing a number of issues concerning current consumer righls and interests in Chinese enterprises, the paper proposes corresponding countermeasures for government, business, consumers, consumer organizations and media.
