An Empirical Analysis of Grain Security of Hunan Province

本文通过对"粮食安全"内涵和评价指标的研究,分析了湖南粮食安全状况及其面临的问题;从法规政策、耕地保护、农业科技进步、粮食生产环境建设诸方面,提出保障湖南省粮食安全的对策与措施。

Through the research of the connotation and the evaluation index of the ＂grain security＂, the Hunan grain security situation and the problems faced have been analyzed in the article. Furthermore, this paper puts forward strategy and measures for protecting the Hunan grain security from many aspects such as the policies and regulations, protection of farmland, agricultural science and technology progress and grain production environment construction etc.
