摘要
通过盆栽试验,对30个三叶草属材料进行5个梯度(0、100、200、400、600 mg/kg),30 d的钴处理,就其相对存活率、相对株高、相对植物量、相对质膜透性4个指标进行综合评价。结果表明:100mg/kg钴处理对各材料的生长没有显著影响,随着处理浓度的升高,各材料存活率下降,株高降低,植物量减少,相对质膜透性升高,600 mg/kg钴处理已不适合三叶草属牧草生长。耐钴性较强的材料有白三叶(Trifolium repens)的81-87,红三叶(Trifolium pratense)的2000-71,86-339,耐钴较弱的有红三叶的87-177,81-49和80-89,其余材料耐钴性中等。
The effects of cobalt treatment on clover (Trifolium spp. ) were studied by pot experiment. The Co concentrations were 0, 100, 200, 400 and 600 mg/kg. Survival rate, plant height, biomass and relative permeability of plasmalemma were measured after 30 days. The result showed that the effect of 100 mg/kg treatment on growth was not significant, however, with the increase of Co concentration, the survival rate, plant height and biomass reduced and the relative plasmalemma permeability increased. Under 600 mg/kg-treatment, the cloyer could not normally grow. The Co resistance of 81-87 in while clovers and 2000-71 and 86-339 in red clovers were stronger. 87-177,81-49 and 80-89 in red clovers were poor and the rest was medium.
