摘要
《船家女》对社会批判的改良色彩表明,1935年的新市民电影在更多继承旧市民电影的传统题材、审美趣味的同时,及时利用、吸收电影新技术(有声技术)和左翼电影的思想元素,并迅速地和有选择地将其转化为市场卖点,多从庸常的表述和展示世俗生活的角度注重影片的艺术性和趣味性。
As indicated in the modified approach of social criticism by Boatman' s Daughter, new civic movies in 1935, while inheriting more of the traditional themes and aesthetic tastes of the old ones, timely used and absorbed the new technique(sound technique) and the Leftist film ideological elements, and quiclely and selectively converted them into market salabilities. The artistry and the popalar apeal of the folms were mostly acheved through commonplace presentation and from the perspective of displaying worldly life.
