摘要 目的探讨激光散斑成像技术能否用于监测脊髓血流动力学的变化。方法制备大鼠脊髓压迫刺激模型,利用激光散斑成像系统监测大鼠脊髓正常状态下10 min时和压迫刺激后10 min时脊髓背部表面血管内的血流速度和血流量以及血管管径的变化。结果与脊髓正常状态下相比,脊髓压迫刺激后血流速度、血流量和血管管径均有明显的减小(均P<0.05)。结论激光散斑成像技术可以用于监测脊髓血流动力学的变化。 Objective To investigate whether laser speckle imaging technique can be used to monitor the changes of spinal cord hemodynamics. Methods The changes of the velocities of blood, blood flow and diameters of vessels on the dorsal surface of spinal cord of rats were monitored by laser speckle imaging system under normal conditions for 10min and 10 min after spinal cord compression. Results The velocities of blood, blood flow and diameters of vessels were decreased significantly after spinal cord compression as compared to those under normal conditions (P〈0.05). Conclusion The laser speckle imaging technique can be used to monitor the changes of spinal cord hemodynamics.
