电机外径向齿铁心螺旋卷绕成形工艺试验研究

摘要 采用螺旋卷叠加工方法制造电机铁心已成为一项新的工艺技术。通过对某新型电机外径向齿形铁心的卷绕成形工艺关键技术的试验研究,分析了齿形钢带在卷绕过程中受力情况及其变形规律,提出卷绕装置中带料卷绕的驱动机构和导向装置的结构方案、成形板直径与铁心结构及其变形的关系,以及卷料内径在导出过程中的修正方法,为研发外径向齿形电机铁心的专用卷绕设备及后处理工装提供依据。 The crucial technology of spiral winding technology for outward radial toothed core of a new type of motor was explored. The mechanical condition and deformation law of the toothed steel strip during the spiral winding was analyzed. The structural scheme of driving and leading devices was presented. The relationship among the shaping plate, core structure and deformation in the spiral winding equipment was discussed. The purpose was to determine the punching parameters of the strip teeth and to realize the exact drive joggle continuously. The experimental results provide concrete data for the development of special spiral winding equipment and post-processing of outward radial toothed motor cores.
