本文通过对"水漫申城"这一具体事件的描述引申出我国城市公共危机管理存在的隐患,通过对城市公共危机管理的综述,了解国内城市公共危机管理的研究现状,并根据目前我国城市公共危机管理存在的普遍问题,提出了相应的解决措施。

Through the description of the event ＂water flooding Shanghai＂, the hidden troubles in city public crisis control of our country are introduced. On the basis of city public crisis control, the current study on the crisis control domestically, the solution measures are proposed according to the common problems currently existing in city public crisis control of our county.
