宏观调控法对主体功能区调控初探

Research on Main Function Region from Macro-Control Law

推进形成主体功能区是我国《国民经济和社会发展十一五规划纲要》提出的协调区域经济发展的新思路。本文从宏观调控法和主体功能区的基本理论出发,在分析了我国主体功能区的发展现状之后,指出了宏观调控法对主体功能区调控的必要性,并具体提出了宏观调控法对主体功能区调控的对策。

Promoting the formation of main function region was proposed in China＇ s ＂11th Five - Year Plans for National Economic and Social Development＂, which is a fresh thought to regulate regional economy development. After an analysis of the developing status of domestic main function region at present, this paper indicates a necessity of regulating the main function region by the macro - control law, then puts forward specific measures on the basic theories of a macro - control law and a main function region.
