摘要
使用傅里叶方法求解单边钢次级直线感应电机的三维场,将次级场域分成多层,较为准确地求解了电机磁场分布和运行特性。计算中全面计及了纵、横向边端效应以及钢次级沿深度方向饱和程度不同的影响。用逐槽电流等效法来求取初级电流片,能准确计及半填槽的影响,并能算出不平衡的三相电流和电压。计算值与实验结果吻合较好,证明所提出的理论分析和计算方法是正确有效的。
By the method of Fourier transformation, the analytic solution of three - dimensional electromag- netic field is obtained. By means of dividing the secondary into layers the field distribution in the machine as well as the performance of the machine can be calculated more accurately. In the computation the lon- gitudinal and the transverse end effect and the influence of variation of permeability along the depth of the secondary due to saturation have been taken into account . One - by - one slot current approach is devel- oped to calculate the primary current sheet which can accurately account for the effect of half - filled slots and can deal with phase unbalance. Agreement of calculated values with test results shows the validity of the analytic method presented .
