前言：早春二月,春风渐暖,万象更新,万物复苏。评估行业迎来了新的机遇、新的挑战,也迎来了新的气息、新的气象。广大评估人希望能够更深入地学习落实财政部领导对评估行业的指示,看到评估行业面临的形势和困难,了解2008年评估行业的工作情况和2009年的政策方针、工作思路,以便在新的一年中蓄势而动,稳步发展,迎接挑战,继续向前。本刊记者带着广大读者的意愿,对中评协秘书长刘萍进行了深入访谈,刊载如下,以飨读者。

In order to better understand the situation and tasks faced by the appraisal profession, the performance in 2008 and the working strategies for 2009, our staff correspondent made an in-depth interview with Ms. Liu Ping, Secretary-general of CAS. Ms. Liu’s interview provided us with a clear picture about the future development of the appraisal profession, which greatly boosted our confidence and courage. We are determined to take the challenges and move forward steadily in the new year.
