高职院校校内实训基地功能分析与实现途径研究

Function Analysis and Research of Realization Way for Intramural Training Base in Vocational Colleges

高等职业教育的职业教育、高等教育的双重特征,决定了高职院校校内实训基地功能的多样性。根据校内实训基地功能定位的现状与存在的问题,校内实训基地必须具备以生产性实训为主的教学实训功能,以职业技能鉴定为主的技能考证功能,以及科技研发、社会培训和成果展示等社会功能。结合学校实际,探讨校内实训基地功能实现的途径,以促进高职人才培养模式的改革。

The dual-characteristics of vocational education and higher education for Higher Vocational Education, determine the diversity of intramural functional training base. In accordance with the present situation and existing problems, the intramural training base must have the training functions mainly oriented to production. The base has to include vocational skills in order to identify the skillsbased functional verification as well. In addition, the social functions of scientific and technological research and development, training and results showing of society have to be considered. In light of the actual situation of colleges, this paper discussed the way of realization on the function of the intramural training base, in order to promote innovation of training mode for talent in higher vocational college.
