摘要 目的探讨血清和尿液骨形态发生蛋白-7(BMP-7)与肾脏缺血再灌注损伤(IRI)程度的相关性。方法分别于肾脏IRI前、IRI后1天、7天和14天,采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫法(ELISA法)和常规生化法监测10只肾IRI模型兔血清和尿液中BMP-7浓度和血清肌酐。结果肾脏IRI后,血清肌酐升高,血清和尿液BMP-7浓度分别降低。结论血清和尿液BMP-7浓度变化与肾脏IRI后损伤的程度成反比,可以作为评价肾脏IRI后治疗效果并判断IRI预后的指标之一,有一定的临床应用意义。 Objective To investigate the relationship between bone morphogenetie protein-7 (BMP-7) in serum and urinary and the degree of renal ischemia/reperfusion injury (IRI). Methods Serum and urinary BMP-7 were measured with enzyme-linked immunoabsorbent assay (ELISA) and serum creatinine was measured with routine biochemistry in 10 rabbits at 0, 1, 7 and 14 day after renal IRI. Results After renal IRI, serum creatinine increased from 102.6± 13.5 μmol/L to 346.1±26.7μmol/L (P〈0.05), and serum and urinary BMP-7 decreased from 57.6±8.7pg/ml and 15.8± 4.2 pg/ml to 15.1±5.2 pg/ml and 7.8±2.4 pg/ml, respectively (P〈0. 05). 7 days after IRI, serum creatinine decreased, but serum and urinary BMP-7 increased (P〈0. 05), gradually. Conclusions After IRI, the level of BMP-7 in serum and urinary is significantly decreased, which indicates that BMP-7 can be used as an index to evaluate therapeutic efficacy of renal IRI.
