对洗涤栅式水膜除尘器改装的探讨

通过长期运行和试验分析发现，洗涤栅式水膜除尘器存在高径比偏小、烟气上升速度快、烟气带水严重等问题，加速了吸风机叶片挂灰，烟道积灰，洗涤栅堵灰，甚至引起吸风机振动，降低了除尘效率。改装成文丘里麻石除尘器后解决了上述问题，除尘效率从８５．４４％提高到９５．２％。

After long time operation and tests,the washablegrid type waterfilm precipitator was found existing low height/diameter ratio,high flue gas rising speed,serious water carried in flue gas and other problemsThese expedite ash accumulation on ID fan blades and in flue ducts,blocking the washable grid,and even cause vibration of ID fans and reduce the precipitator efficiency,After changing this type of precipitator into granitestonemade Venturi type precipitator,all above mentioned problems has been solved,and efficiency of precipitator increased from 85.44%to 95.2%.
