摘要
本文分析了热熔胶粘剂粘接效果的几种常见破坏形式，探讨了3PE防腐钢管粘接效果的影响因素，指出通过热熔胶粘剂配方设计和组分调整，大幅度扩大了其适用范围，呈现出内聚破坏形式的粘接效果。同时探讨了粘接效果对粘接强度和长期使用寿命的影响。
The common failure mode of adhesive bonding of thermosol is analyzed and the factors affecting the adhesive bonding of 3PE - coated steel pipe is discussed. The application scope of thermosol adhesive is extended substantially by the formulation design and the adjustment of ingredient, and a deeohesion type adhesive bonding is achieved. Also the effect of adhesive bonding on the adhesion strength and service life is discussed.
