摘要
本文对钢管表面涂敷，包括微尘处理、管端预留、中频感应加热、环氧粉末喷涂、胶粘剂挤出包敷、聚乙烯挤出包敷、水冷等工序的细节对3PE最终质量影响进行了分析，提出了应注意的问题。
The factors affecting the final quality of 3PE coating are analyzed for each step of the coating process such as tiny dust control, pipe end preparation, intermediate frequency induction heating, epoxy resin spray, adhesive extrusion and coating, PE extrusion and coating and water cooling. The cautions are given.
