当代大学生法律意识探析

Study On Legal Awareness of College Students

通过对大学生法律意识要素、法律意识作用、法律意识现状的分析,认为大学生的法律意识有正面和负面作用。为了激发大学生法律意识的正面作用,抑制负面作用,提出了从大学生法律意识形成的主观途径和客观途径入手:从主观上看,大学生法律意识应该从法律心理、法律观念到法律意识形态方面来逐步完善;从客观上看,要从加强学校教育与和谐法治环境方面来培养大学生正确的法律意识。

This paper holds the view that the legal awareness of college students has positive effect as well as negative effect by analyzing the structure and function of legal awareness to college students and its current situation and deficiency. In order to inspire the positive effect while inhibit the negative effect, the paper proposes that attention should be paid to the subjective and objective way in which the legal awareness of college students are formed. Subjectively, the legal awareness of colleg students should be improved step by step from legal mind, legal idea to legal awareness; objectively, school education should be strengthened and a harmonious legal enviroment should be developed to cultivate sound legal awareness of college students.
