The author concludes the main characteristic of Chinese large and medium sized city disaster, analyzes the existing problems of Chinese city disaster management from three aspects of management organization, regulation and standard, provides countermeasures of dry disaster comprehensive management, so as to establish complete and comprehensive disaster prevention law system and enhance city anti-disaster performance.
