摘要
通过对高等院校基本建设工作程序的思考,阐述了高校基本建设在管理方面应该注意的几点,并指出只有做好基本建设各阶段的管理工作,才能使高校的基建管理走上规范、有序的轨道。
Based on the reflections on university basic construction management work procedures, the author describes some attention points ot university construction in aspect of management, and points out that only doing well basic construction management in every stage, can we make university basic management standard and ordered.
