西部廉租房相关问题研究

Western cheap renting house corresponding problem research

针对目前西部廉租房建设现状进行了分析,从现阶段所存在的问题着手进行了论述,通过实地调研并结合我国香港等地已建设成熟的例子进行研究,提出针对廉租房特点的设计理念,以期解决使用中存在的一些问题。

The author analyzes current western cheap renting house construction situation, commences on existing problems in current stage and makes discussion, studies based on spot investigation and combining with constructed mature building in places such as Hong Kong, provides the design principle of aiming at cheap renting houses＇ characteristic, so as to solve the existing problems in the process of using.
