阐述了工程造价管理是项目管理中的一项重要工作,决策与设计阶段对造价的影响程度最大,指出只有通过加强决策与设计阶段的造价管理与控制,才能达到节约资金,提高经济效益的目的。
The author expounds that project cost management is a important work in project management, the decision and design stage has the maximal degree influence on cost, points out that only according to enhance decision and design stage s cost management and control, we reach the aim of saving cost and improving economic benefit.
