摘要
近几年来,教师流动现象日益突出,并且逐渐成为社会关注的热点问题。教师社会流动与教师职业幸福感的缺失有密切关系,帮助教师找回幸福感,实现教师职业个人价值与社会价值的统一应是解决教师流动问题的重要策略选择。
Recently, the phenomenon of teachers' movement is growing by whole society, which is also a social movement that is closely related with being. Therefore, it is an essential strategic alternative to decrease teachers' and becoming a hot issue concerned the loss of teachers' sense of well - movement through regain their sense of well - being and realizing the union of teachers' personal value and social helping teachers value.
