在新时期工人阶级肩负着振兴中华的重要历史使命。各级工会组织应当把党中央对工人阶级的高度信任、赞扬与期待传达到亿万职工之中,进一步焕发工人阶级的主人翁意识,充分发挥工人阶级的主力军作用,切实保障职工群众的合法权益。

In the new period, the working class shoulders an important historical mission of invigorating the Chinese nation. The trade union organizations at all levels should convey the information of high level of trust, praise and expect of the Central Committee to the working class so as to further strengthen their sense of being masters. It is of importance to give an active role of working class. Moreover, their legitimate rights and interests should be firmly protected.
