摘要
在西方发达国家中,德国被认为是劳动关系相对和谐稳定的国家,在这方面德国工会组织发挥了无可替代的作用。对比中德两国,尽管国情不同,但德国工会组织在构建协调劳动关系机制、稳定劳资关系方面的主要做法,却为中国工会提供了值得研究和借鉴经验。
Compared with some developed countries in the West, the labor relations is more harmonious in Germany. Trade union organizations have played an irreplaceable role in setting up the coordination mechanism of labor relations, maintaining the stable labor relations. China and Germany have different conditions, however, Germany has much valuable experiences which we can leam from in the work of trade union.
