村镇住宅用地集约利用有着特别的现实意义。通过阐述村镇住宅用地的现状与存在问题，进而剖析住宅用地过大的深层原因，最后提出村镇住宅用地集约利用的基本模式与策略，使我国村镇住宅用地实现集约与可持续发展。

Intensified living land use have the special realistic meanings for countries and small towns. This thesis analyzes the present utilization of the living land resource and also studies the reasons of the large living land in countries and small towns. At last, the author points out the modes ang ways of the optimization of living land use in countries and small towns in order to make living land intensified and sustainable.
