介绍了一种新型的49S石英晶体振荡器生产设备——晶体自动摆盘机。该设备能自动高效地完成激光打标前的晶体元件整理及摆盘操作,改变了目前晶体生产行业成品打标工序只能手工摆料的现状。并对该设备的工作原理及结构设计进行了阐述。

A new machine for making the 49S type of crystal elements was introduced, which arranges crystal elements automati- cally into a conveyer tray with a specific array for later laser marking. This machine changes the way of manual arrangement operation in crystal elements marking procedure. The design principle and structure of the machine were discussed.
