摘要 建立了HL-46数控车铣复合机床主轴部件的有限元动力学模型,对主轴组件进行了有限元分析,根据有限元分析结果,对主轴跨距变化对主轴动态性能的影响进行了分析,得到了主轴的最优跨距。 Finite element dynamic model of spindle components for the HL-46 NC lathe mill was established, and the static and dynamic characteristics were analyzed. The influence of spindle span on spindle dynamic characteristics was discussed, and the dynamic optimal design for the spindle components was carried out, and the optimal spindle span was got.
