摘要
在分析通用液压元件结构的基础上,建立了液压元件原位检测条件下的泄漏量评估模型。以某型柱塞泵为例,进行了泄漏量评估标准的具体计算和原位不解体流量检测试验,通过对比检测结果和评估标准,判断出了该泵的技术状况。液压元件泄漏量原位检测评估模型的建立,有效地解决了液压元件泄漏量原位检测评估这一难题,使装备液压系统技术状况原位检测的工程应用成为可能。
Based on hydraulic components structure analysis, the evaluation model of hydraulic components leakage for in situ testing was established. According to one piston pump, the leakage evaluation value was calculated and the flow rate in situ testing was conducted. Through the comparison of the testing value and the evaluation criterion, the technical condition of the pump was as- sessed. The established evaluation model of hydraulic components leakage meets the demand of in situ testing and makes it possible for engineering application.
