Applications of Finite Element Simulation in Tube Hydroforming

摘要 介绍了管件液压成形数值模拟技术的研究进展,并结合实例对轴对称零件和非对称零件的管件液压成形的模拟结果进行了分析,揭示了数值模拟不仅能准确地反映管件液压成形过程,预测成形缺陷和给出壁厚分布,而且可以方便地调整内压与轴向位移的匹配关系,以获得最佳的加载路径,最后指出了管件液压成形数值模拟技术的发展方向。 The advances in finite element simulation technology of tube hydroforming was introduced. The particular application of finite element simulation in hydroforming was shown combined with practical examples for the tube hydroforming of axisymmetric parts and unsymmetrical parts. The developing trend about the simulation in hydroforming was pointed out.
