利用VB工具设计开发了Fanuc0-td数控车床的仿真系统,归纳了开发数控车床仿真系统的主要流程;重点阐述用VB实现NC代码编译器功能的设计思想;概述了加工过程图形动态显示的实现;模拟了数控车床的整个操作和加工过程。
The simulation system of Fanuc 0-td was designed by VB tools. The main technological processes in the developing process of this system were summarized. The design method of the function of NC code compiler was introduced, and the realization of the dynamic graphic simulation of the NC turning process was presented, the whole process of the operating and its turning procedure were simulated.
