免疫计算在故障诊断中的应用研究

摘要 受生物免疫系统启发而形成的免疫计算范式具有强大的信息处理和问题求解能力。介绍了生物免疫系统的机理和特点,分析了生物免疫机理对工程故障诊断的借鉴意义,建立了在故障诊断领域中涉及较多的免疫计算模型,包括阴性选择算法、免疫克隆选择算法及人工免疫网络模型等,给出了一个具体的免疫计算应用实例。最后指出了免疫计算在故障诊断中应用需进一步研究的工作。 Enlightened from biological immune systenl, the model of immune computing has strong capability of information processing and problem solving. The principle and characteristic of biological immune system was introduced, the reference significance of biological immune system to fault diagnosis was analyzed, and several typical immune computing models for fault diagnosis were presented, such as negative selection algorithm, clonal selection algorithm and artificial immune network. An engineering diagnosis application with immune computing was provided. Some further development directions of immune computing in fault diagnosis were pointed out.
