摘要 筛选出分离油松花粉总黄酮的最佳树脂,对影响分离的各种因素进行系统研究。采用静态与动态的吸附-解吸两种方法,研究不同工艺条件对总黄酮分离纯化效果。AB-8大孔树脂分离效果最好,其最佳工艺为上样液浓度0.45mg/mL,pH值5.0,上样液流速2mL/min,用80%乙醇溶液以1mL/min的速度洗脱5BV。收集5BV时的洗脱液,其干燥品后的黄酮纯度可达85.13%。 In order to screen the optimum macroporous resin and conditions for the isolation and purification of flavonoids from the pine pollen, the static and dynamic adsorption / desorption methods were used, and the separation and purification process was evaluated. The AB-8 macroporous resin was shown to be the most effective compared with other resins. The optimum conditions are determined as crude falvonoid extract concentration of 0.45mg/ml, pH of 5.0, adsorption speed of 2 ml/min, and ethanol-water ratio of 80% (V/V), elution times of 5BV and desorption speed of 1.0 ml/min. Under those conditions, the final content of total flavonoi&s reached 85.13%.
