甘蔗叶中黄酮类物质的提取及其抗氧化性研究 被引量:31

摘要 采用30%的乙醇溶液从甘蔗叶中提取出黄酮类成分,以芦丁为标准物质,测定提取物的总黄酮含量,分别研究了提取物清除DPPH自由基及防止亚油酸氧化的能力。结果显示:提取物的总黄酮含量为12.5%,抗氧化效果显著。 The flavonoid components were extracted from sugarcane top by using 30% alcohol and its content was determined by US-spectrophotometric methods with rutin as standard. Its scavenging activity to DPPH and antioxidative activity to linolic acid were also studied. The results showed the total flavone content was 12.5% and it showed high antioxidation functions.
