摘要
本实验以野生蔬菜簕菜为材料,开展品质分析和急性毒性试验。经检测,簕菜含粗蛋白0.46%,维生素C1280mg/kg,粗纤维2.2%;钾5300mg/kg、钙3660mg/kg、铁139mg/kg、钠50mg/kg等;硝酸盐174mg/kg,亚硝酸盐2.3mg/kg,重金属镉0.022mg/kg、铅0.17mg/kg,毒死蜱、甲胺磷和氯氰菊脂等无公害禁用农药均未检出;小鼠经口服LD50>40000mg/kg.bw。结果表明,簕菜粗蛋白含量较低,但含较丰富的维生素C和粗纤维;富含矿物质和微量元素,钠例外;有害元素硝酸盐含量较低,禁用农药未检出,完全符合安全食用标准;属于急性无毒食品;具有较高的营养价值。
A comprehensive and scientific evaluation of quality and acute toxication of Acanthopanax trifoliatus was made in this paper. The results showed that A. trifoliatus had high nutritional wtlues, which contained 0.46% of crude protein, 1280 mg/kg of Vitamin C and 2.2% of crude fiber. It was also rich in minerals and trace elements, containing 5300 mg/kg of potassium, 3660mg/kg of Ca, 139mg/kg of Fe and 50mg/kg of Na element. Lower contents of hamful elements were found, including 174mg/kg of nitrate, 2.3mg/kg of nitrite and 0.022 mg/kg of cadmium, which was completely in accordance with safety edible standards. Acute toxication test showed that its LD50 was 〉40000mg/kg.bw by mouth in mice.
