HPLC法测定酸奶饮料中的磺胺抗生素

摘要 研究了酸奶饮料中磺胺嘧啶和磺胺甲噁唑的高效液相色谱法。采用C18柱;流动相为甲醇:0.08%乙酸=45:55;柱温25℃;检测波长263nm;流速0.8mL/min。结果表明两种磺胺药物在0.05~1mg/L的范围内线性良好,回收率为97.4%~101.9%。本方法具有灵敏度高,重复性好等特点,可准确测定酸奶饮料中两种磺胺类药物的含量。 A new HPLC method for determination, of two sulfonamide residues in yogurt beverage, sulfadiazine and sulfamethoxazole, was developed. The best analytical column, mobile phase column temperature, wavelength and flow rate were found to be C18 column, methanol-0.08% acetic acid (45:55, V/V), 25 ℃, 263nm and 0.8 mL/min, respectively. Under those conditions, the linear rang and average recovery were of 0.02-1mg/1 and 97.4%-101.9%, respectively. This method had good reproducibility and high sensitivity, suitable for the determination of the sulfonamides content in sour milk beverage.
