摘要
采用反相高效液相色谱测定山楂饴中的苏丹红。样品经氯仿萃取后浓缩至干,乙醇定容。Diamonsil C18色谱柱,0.02%甲酸的甲醇溶液为流动相,检测波长500nm。在0.05~10.00mg/L范围内线性关系良好;苏丹红Ⅰ号、Ⅲ号的平均回收率分别为91.7%、93.4%,精密度分别为0.81%、0.96%;方法检出限为0.035μg/g;人工合成色素不干扰测定。
A new method for determination of Sudan in hawthorn foods by reversed-phase high perfonnence liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) was developed. The sample was extracted by chloroform, concentrated and then dissolved in alcohol. Using a Diamonsil C18 column, the pretreated samples were analyzed by a UV detector at 500 nm using a mixture of CHaOH and HCOOH(0.02%) as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0mL/min.Winthin the linear range of 0.05-10.00mg/L, the average recovery of sudan Ⅰ and Ⅲ by this method were 91.7% and 93.4%, respectively, and the precision of this method for sudan Ⅰ and Ⅲwere 0.81% and 0.96%, respectively. The detection limit of this method was 0.035μg/g. Artificial synthesized pigments in sample showed no disturbance for the determination of Sudan by this method.
