摘要
根据EDTA-Ca络合物在pH=13有最高条件稳定常数的特点,建立了用EDTA处理虾壳制备甲壳素的方法,在室温条件下,只需40min可脱去100%的钙和98.7%蛋白质。将处理后的废液pH值调至1,可回收EDTA重新使用,回收率为100%。
A novel method for chitin preparation was developed using EDTA-treated shrimp shell, as EDTA-Ca complex showed the highest stability at pH 13. Results showed that 100% of Ca and 98.7% of proteins in shrimp shell can be removed by 40-minute EDTA treatment at room temperature. The used EDTA can be recycled from the waste liquid by regulating the pH value to 1.
