食品纸包装产品中微量甲醛的测定研究 被引量:20

摘要 对高效液相色谱法测定食品纸包装产品中微量甲醛进行了研究。比较了冷水、热水与4%乙酸对甲醛的萃取能力,并对样品的存放时间等条件对甲醛测定结果所造成的影响进行了初步分析。利用该方法对60多种不同种类的食品纸包装产品进行微量甲醛的测定。研究结果发现,内层未经涂层处理的纸浆快餐具等产品甲醛含量较高,平均检出量最高达0.93mg/L,而内层经涂层处理的纸杯等产品的甲醛含量较低,平均检出量低于0.20mg/L。 Formaldehyde in paper-made food containers was extracted by different solvents, including cold water, hot water and 4% acetic acid. These three liquid show different abilities to extract formaldehyde from paper-made food packaging materials: 4% acetic acid〉hot water 〉cold water. About 60 kinds of paper-made food containers were sampled to determinate formaldehyde. It was found that these containers without the inside layer coating had higher contents of formaldehyde, with the average concentration being of 0.93 mg/L. And those with inside layer coating had comparatively low contents of formaldehyde, about 〈0.20mg/L.
